Biba Medical plays host to the CX Charing Cross International Symposium, a forum for leading Cardiovascular surgeons, publishes several news titles and provides market research intelligence.
The branded conference pack contains the event programme, sponsor information and delegate registration form. Merchandising and promotional gifts included a post-conference DVD rom of live debates pre-ordered at the event.
The “special” conference edition of Cardiovascular Innovations features an extra four page wrap-around which advertises cvinnovate.com, the news portal and online resource for subscribers of the title.
Biba Medical Ltd
Biba Medical is the publisher of several subscription based, International Vascular and Cardiovascular news titles including Cardiovascular News, Interventional News and Spinal News.
These titles are targeted at leading international heart surgeons, medical device manufacturers and R&D organisations. Revenue is generated from international press advertising and also conference adverts, subscription adverts and merchandise adverts designed in-house.
CoStar 50 City Activity Index
As the main focus of a new "lead generating" initiative, the CoStar 50 index was published by commercial property data provider CoStar Group UK. It captures occupier and investment activity across the 50 largest UK office markets.
The index is read by CoStar’s user base of 16,000 commercial property professionals including surveyors, UK and foreign investors, lenders, and local authorities.
An A4 bifold was created and produced as a short run, digital print job for special clients. As a new product, more freedom was allowed within the permitted house-style guidelines for the design. In exchange for contact details, a pdf version was hosted online to download via a landing page request form.
Incentivised property professionals could learn which was the most in-demand location for office space, which cities were investors gravitating towards, where were occupiers expanding or contracting and which cities were competing with each other.
To create awareness of the CoStar 50 index, an initial offer-email was published containing a CTA to download the brochure from the consistently styled landing page. On completion of the online submission, an auto-response email, which was set up on the Dotmailer ESP, automatically thanked clients for their interest.
CoStar Case Studies – Poyntons

CoStar Group UK is part of the international CoStar Group based in the USA. It is the leading provider of commercial property information with over 400,000 UK properties on its tracked database.
1000’s of property professionals use CoStar’s online product suite to make faster and better-informed decisions when searching for space to let or sell.
The A4 trifold brochure was originally designed and produced as a series of full colour, digital prints and made available as sales support literature to commercial property professionals. The project was re-purposed as an online pdf which could be downloaded from the Resources page of the CoStar’s uk website.
The Indesign layout, brand typeface, logo and colour swatches adhered to the consistent corporate house-style. Body copy was written internally, images sourced from the in-house library and graphic elements drawn using Adobe illustrator CC.
